Regulations

108 Regulations

(1) The Governor may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, for or with respect to any matter that by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed or that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act and, in particular, for or with respect to:
(b) the conditions to be imposed on guardianship orders under Part 3,
(d) the functions of the Public Guardian,
(f) the making of applications under this Act,
(g) the imposition, waiver and remission of fees and charges in relation to the making of applications,
(h) the giving of notices under this Act,
(i) the keeping of registers for the purposes of this Act, and
(j) the exemption of persons or bodies from the operation of the regulations.
(2) A regulation may create an offence punishable by a penalty not exceeding 5 penalty units.
