4A Meaning of "commemorative day"

A
"commemorative day" means any of the following:

(a) 15 August (in any year),

(b) 11 November (in any year, but only that part of that day that is after 12 noon),

(c) any other day or part of a day prescribed by the regulations as a commemorative day for the purposes of this Act.
