GAMBLING (TWO-UP) ACT 1998 - SECT 5

5 Application of Part

This Part does not apply to the conduct of games of two-up:

(a) on any premises that are gambling premises, or

(b) on any premises, or class of premises, that are excluded by the regulations from the operation of this Part.
