GRAFFITI CONTROL ACT 2008 - SECT 20

20 Proceedings for offences

Proceedings for an offence under this Act--

(a) may be dealt with summarily before the Local Court, and

(b) must be commenced not later than 2 years from when the offence is alleged to have been committed.
