GRAFFITI CONTROL ACT 2008 - SECT 9C

9C Community clean up work--meaning

(1) In this Part,
"community clean up work" means any community service work under the Children (Community Service Orders) Act 1987 or the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Act 1999 that is approved by the relevant Minister as community clean up work for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The relevant Minister is:

(a) in the case of a community clean up order made in respect of a child offender, the Minister administering the Children (Community Service Orders) Act 1987 , or

(b) in the case of a community clean up order made in respect of an adult offender, the Minister administering the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Act 1999 .
