GRAFFITI CONTROL ACT 2008 - SECT 9I
Satisfaction of fine by community clean up work
(1) If an offender who is subject to a community clean up order duly complies
with the order, the fine concerned is taken to be satisfied.
(2) If an
offender who is subject to a community clean up order duly performs part of
the number of hours of community clean up work to be performed under the
order, the fine concerned is taken to be satisfied by the amount calculated at
the rate of $30 for each hour of community clean up work actually performed.
