GROWTH CENTRES (DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIONS) ACT 1974 - SECT 23E
Establishment of Ministerial Development Corporation
(1) There is constituted by this Act a body corporate with the corporate name
of the Ministerial Development Corporation.
(2) The affairs of the
Ministerial Development Corporation are to be managed by the Minister.
(3)
Any act, matter or thing done in the name of, or on behalf of, the
Ministerial Development Corporation by the Minister, or with the authority of
the Minister, is taken to have been done by the
Ministerial Development Corporation.
