New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of this Part of this Act, but not otherwise, section one hundred and twenty-four of the Public Works Act 1912 , as amended by subsequent Acts, is amended by omitting the words "at the time notice was given, or notification published, as the case may be," and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "as at the twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven".
