Ways in which applications can be transferred

44 Ways in which applications can be transferred

(1) An agency that receives an access application for government information can transfer the application to another agency either by
"agency-initiated transfer" or by
"applicant-initiated transfer" , as provided by this Division.
Note--: A decision to transfer an application to another agency is reviewable under Part 5.
(2) An agency may, for the purposes of transferring only part of an access application, split an application into 2 or more applications. Any resulting application is to be treated as a separate application by the applicant.
