Constitution of the Board
7 Constitution of the Board
(1) There is hereby constituted a Garvan Institute Board.
(2) The Board shall
consist of 15 directors who shall be appointed by the Governor.
(3) Schedule
1 has effect with respect to the directors.
(4) Schedule 2 has effect with
respect to the procedure of the Board.
