Operation of authorised CMS

135 Operation of authorised CMS

A CMS licensee who operates an authorised CMS is guilty of an offence if the CMS is operated in contravention of a requirement made under this Act, the regulations or the conditions of the licence.

: Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
