GAMING MACHINES ACT 2001 - SECT 170
No proprietary right in licences
170 No proprietary right in licences
(1) A licence confers no right of property and is incapable of being assigned
or mortgaged, charged, leased or otherwise encumbered.
(2) Despite subsection
(1), a licence is capable of being transferred in accordance with section 147
(4) or 152 (4), as the case may be.
