New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIn respect of a registered club whose premises include two or more areas that are determined by the Authority to be separate and distinct premises, the provisions of this Act apply as though each of those premises were a separate registered club, and a reference in those provisions to a gaming machine kept on the premises of the club is to be construed accordingly.
