GAS SUPPLY ACT 1996 - SECT 4
Definitions
(1) Expressions used in this Act that are defined in the Dictionary at the end
of this Act have the meanings set out in the Dictionary.
(2) Words and
expressions used in this Act (other than
"distributor" ) have the same meaning as they have in the National Energy
Retail Law (NSW) but (unless otherwise expressly provided) have that meaning
only in relation to the supply of natural gas.
