GAS SUPPLY ACT 1996 - SECT 72

72 Obstruction of inspectors

A person must not--

(a) prevent an inspector from exercising any function conferred on the inspector under this Act, or

(b) hinder or obstruct an inspector in the exercise of any such function, or

(c) impersonate an inspector.

: Maximum penalty--

(a) for a corporation--500 penalty units, or

(b) for an individual--50 penalty units.
