GAS SUPPLY ACT 1996 - SECT 78
Service of documents
78 Service of documents
(1) A document that by this Act or the regulations is required to be served on
a person may be served-- (a) on an individual, by delivering it to the
individual personally or by sending it by post to (or leaving it at) the
person's place of residence or business, and
(b) on a corporation, by sending
it by post to (or leaving it at) the corporation's registered office within
the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth.
(2) This
section does not affect any other law governing the service of documents.
