GOVERNMENT SECTOR AUDIT ACT 1983 - SECT 33A
Establishment of Audit Office
(1) The Audit Office of New South Wales is established by this Act.
(2) The
Audit Office consists of those persons who are for the time being appointed by
the Auditor-General under section 33B.
(3) The Auditor-General is not a
member of the Audit Office but is taken, for all purposes, to be the person
who exercises the functions of chief executive officer in relation to the
Audit Office.
