GOVERNMENT SECTOR EMPLOYMENT ACT 2013 - SECT 14
Commissioner to report to Premier
(1) The Commissioner is to report to the Premier in connection with the
exercise of the Commissioner's functions but is not subject to the control and
direction of the Premier in the exercise of those functions.
(2) This section
does not limit any other provisions of this Act relating to the exercise of
the functions of the Premier or the Commissioner.
