GOVERNMENT SECTOR EMPLOYMENT ACT 2013 - SECT 33

33 Application of Division

(1) This Division applies to the following--

(a) the Secretary of a Department,

(b) the head of any other Public Service agency if the head is an employee of the agency and not a statutory officer,

(c) any other employees of a Public Service agency who are employed in a Public Service senior executive band.

(2) For the purposes of this Act, the employees to whom this Division applies are
"Public Service senior executives" .

(3) The person who is authorised by this Act to exercise the employer functions of the Government of New South Wales in relation to a Public Service senior executive is referred to in this Division as the
"employer" of the executive.
