GOVERNMENT SECTOR EMPLOYMENT ACT 2013 - SECT 42

42 Application of Division

(1) This Division applies to Public Service employees other than Secretaries of Departments, heads of other Public Service agencies and other Public Service senior executives.

(2) The employees to whom this Division applies are referred to in this Division as
"Public Service non-executive employees" .
