GOVERNMENT SECTOR FINANCE LEGISLATION (REPEAL AND AMENDMENT) ACT 2018 - SCHEDULE 1

SCHEDULE 1 – Repeals

Each of the following is repealed--

(a) the Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985 No 156 ,

(b) the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984 No 87 ,

(c) the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987 No 33 ,

(d) the regulations under each of those Acts.
