GOVERNMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 2018 - SECT 21
Authority may charge for use of Government telecommunications network
(1) Government sector agencies that use the
Government telecommunications network are required to pay to the Authority the
charges determined by the Authority.
(2) The Authority must prepare and
publish, in a manner approved by the Minister, a document outlining the basis
on which the Authority will determine charges payable under this section.
(3)
The charges must not exceed the maximum charges fixed by the Minister with the
approval of the Treasurer.
