HOME BUILDING ACT 1989 - SECT 103R
Chief executive to manage affairs of Guarantee Corporation
(1) The affairs of the Guarantee Corporation are to be managed and controlled
by the chief executive.
(2) Any act, matter or thing done in the name of, or
on behalf of, the Guarantee Corporation by the chief executive is taken to
have been done by the Guarantee Corporation.
