(1) As soon as practicable after making the decision under section 102, the National Board must--(a) give the applicant written notice of the Board's decision; and(b) if the Board decides to endorse the applicant's registration, give the applicant a new certificate of registration.
(2) If the Board decides not to endorse the applicant's registration or decides to endorse the applicant's registration subject to a condition, the notice under subsection (1)(a) must state--(a) the reasons for the decision; and(b) that the applicant may appeal against the decision; and(c) how an application for appeal may be made and the period within which the application must be made.
