HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION NATIONAL LAW (NSW) - SECT 142A

142A Employers having dual notification requirements [NSW]

(1) If an employer is required to report the same conduct under section 142 and under section 117A of the Health Services Act 1997 , compliance with either section, or with alternative reporting requirements approved by the Secretary, satisfies the requirements of both those sections.

(2) If an employer is required to report the same conduct under section 142 and under section 99A of the Health Services Act 1997 , compliance with either section, or with alternative reporting requirements approved by the Secretary, satisfies the requirements of both those sections.
