146A Powers may be exercised if complaint proved or admitted [NSW]
A
Committee may exercise any power conferred on it by this Subdivision if it
finds the subject-matter of a complaint against a relevant health practitioner
to have been proved or the relevant health practitioner who is the subject of
the complaint admits to it in writing to the Committee.
