HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION NATIONAL LAW (NSW) - SECT 154C
Commission may refer professional performance matters to Council [NSW]
(1) If the Commission becomes aware of a matter the Commission considers
indicates the professional performance of a health practitioner registered in
a health profession is unsatisfactory, the Commission may refer the matter to
a Council for the profession.
(2) This section does not affect the functions
of a Council in relation to a complaint made to the Commission or a matter
referred to the Commission for investigation.
