HEALTH SERVICES ACT 1997 - SECT 67L

67L Scale of fees

The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette--

(a) fix a scale of fees in respect of ambulance services provided by the Health Secretary, and

(b) amend or revoke any scale of fees so fixed.
