82 What is a fee-for-service contract?

A
"fee-for-service contract" is a service contract under which a medical practitioner (or the medical practitioner’s practice company) is remunerated for medical services performed by the medical practitioner by reference to a scale of fees for different kinds of medical services that is contained in, or specified or otherwise identified by, the contract.
