HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW (NSW) - SECT 353

353 Minor amendment of approval

The Regulator may, by notice given to the holder of an electronic recording system approval, amend the approval in a minor respect--

(a) for a formal or clerical reason; or

(b) in another way that does not adversely affect the holder's interests.
