HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW (NSW) - SECT 596A

Injunctions

596A Injunctions

If a court convicts a person of an offence against this Law, the court may issue an injunction requiring the person to cease contravening this Law.

Note--: An injunction may also be obtained under section 576E for noncompliance with an improvement notice or prohibition notice.
