New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA vehicle standards exemption (notice) may be subject to any conditions the Regulator considers appropriate, including, for example-
(a) conditions about protecting road infrastructure from damage; and
(b) a condition that the driver of a heavy vehicle who is driving the vehicle under the exemption must keep in the driver’s possession a copy of-(i) the Commonwealth Gazette notice for the exemption; or(ii) an information sheet about the exemption published by the Regulator on the Regulator’s website.
