81 Complaints about possible corrupt conduct

A person shall not, in making a complaint under this Act, wilfully make any false statement to or mislead, or attempt to mislead, the Commission or an officer of the Commission.

: Maximum penalty-100 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
