INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 100F

Powers when appeal settled by conciliation

100F Powers when appeal settled by conciliation

If a matter that is the subject of an appeal to the Commission under this Part is settled by conciliation, the Commission may--

(a) dismiss the appeal, or
(b) make an order on the agreed terms for settlement.
