(1) The Chief Industrial Magistrate or any other Industrial Magistrate may exercise throughout the State the jurisdiction conferred by the following Acts on the Local Court--Industrial Relations Act 1996Other industrial relations legislationEntertainment Industry Act 2013Building and Construction Industry Long Service Payments Act 1986Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave Scheme) Act 2010Essential Services Act 1988Industrial Relations (Child Employment) Act 2006Industrial Relations (Ethical Clothing Trades) Act 2001Work Health and Safety Act 2011Retail Trading Act 2008Workers Compensation Act 1987Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998Apprenticeship and Traineeship Act 2001Any other Act that expressly confers jurisdiction on an Industrial Magistrate
(2) The Chief Industrial Magistrate or other Industrial Magistrate constitutes the Local Court when exercising that jurisdiction.
