LIQUOR ACT 2007 - SECT 120
Responsible adult not to allow minor to consume liquor on licensed premises
(1) If, under this Act, a minor is required to be accompanied by a
responsible adult while in a hotel or on club premises, the responsible adult
who is accompanying the minor must not allow the minor to consume liquor on
the licensed premises. : Maximum penalty--30 penalty units.
(2) In the
prosecution for an offence under this section, the defendant has the burden of
proving that he or she was not the responsible adult in relation to the minor
at the relevant time.
