Authority to give notice of decision
144O Authority to give notice of decision
(1) The Authority must give written notice of the Authority's decision to each
person to whom the Authority gave notice under section 144M(1).
(2) If the
Authority decides to impose demerit points against the licensee, manager or
club licence, the notice must state the following details-- (a) the details of
the licensee, manager or club licence,
(b) the number of demerit points
imposed against the licensee, manager or club licence,
(c) the date on which
the demerit points come into force,
(d) the date on which the demerit points
will expire, if not removed earlier,
(e) the total number of demerit points
in force for the licensee, manager or club licence after the imposition of the
demerit points,
(f) if, because of the total number of demerit points in
force in relation to the licensee, manager or club licence, the Authority may
take remedial action--the remedial action that the Authority may take,
(g)
any other matter prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this
section.
