Review of disqualification by Authority
154 Review of disqualification by Authority
(1) A person may, in accordance with the regulations, apply to the Authority
for removal of a disqualification of more than 3 years imposed by the
Authority under section 141(2).
(2) The application may be made only after--
(a) any minimum period set by the Authority during which the application may
not be made has expired, or
(b) if no minimum period has been set, the
disqualification has been in force for 3 years.
(3) On application being made
for the removal of a disqualification, the Authority may-- (a) remove the
disqualification, or
(b) shorten the period of disqualification, or
(c)
confirm the disqualification and set a minimum period during which a further
application under this section may not be made.
