LOCAL COURT ACT 2007 - SECT 51

51 Time limit for commencement of proceedings

(cf LCA 1982, section 44)

(1) Application proceedings may not be commenced later than 6 years from the date when the matter is alleged to have arisen.

(2) This section is subject to any other Act or law.
