Action on misconduct matter not affected by failure to comply with Part
50 Action on misconduct matter not affected by failure to comply with Part
Action taken with respect to a misconduct matter is not to be called into
question in any legal proceedings merely because of any failure to comply with
the requirements of this Part with respect to the referral or notification of
the misconduct matter.
