LAW ENFORCEMENT CONDUCT COMMISSION ACT 2016 - SECT 66
Legal representation
66 Legal representation
(1) The examining Commissioner may, in relation to an examination, authorise--
(a) a person giving evidence at the hearing, or
(b) a person referred to in
section 65,
to be represented by an Australian legal practitioner at the
hearing or a specified part of the examination.
(2) The
examining Commissioner is required to give a reasonable opportunity for a
person giving evidence at the examination to be legally represented.
