LAW ENFORCEMENT CONDUCT COMMISSION ACT 2016 - SECT 87

87 Definitions

In this Division--

"Commission surveillance officer" means an officer of the Commission who is designated by the Commission as a surveillance officer and who is issued by the Commission with means of identification as such an officer.

"seconded police officer" means a person referred to in section 21 (3) (b).
