Disqualified entity ceases to be incorporated or unincorporated legal practice
124 Disqualified entity ceases to be incorporated or unincorporated legal
practice
If a disqualified entity is an incorporated legal practice or unincorporated
legal practice immediately before an order is made under section 120, it
ceases to be an incorporated legal practice or unincorporated legal practice.
