Receiving or holding money by or on behalf of barristers on account of legal costs for legal services
133 Receiving or holding money by or on behalf of barristers on account of
legal costs for legal services
It is intended that jurisdictional legislation may include provisions
prohibiting, regulating or otherwise providing for the receiving or holding of
money by or on behalf of a barrister, on account of legal costs for legal
services, in advance of the provision by the barrister of the legal services.
