222 Fidelity fund for this jurisdiction

The fund nominated in the Legal Profession Uniform Law Act of this jurisdiction is the
"fidelity fund" of this jurisdiction for the purposes of this Part.

Note: The fidelity authority is an entity specified in jurisdictional legislation for the purposes of the definition of fidelity authority in section 6.
