Making of compensation orders
306 Making of compensation orders
(1) For the purposes of section 290, the designated local regulatory authority
may make a compensation order against a respondent lawyer or law practice in
accordance with this Part.
(2) For the purposes of section 302, the
designated tribunal may make a compensation order against a respondent lawyer
in accordance with this Part.
