Internal review of decisions of local regulatory authority
313 Internal review of decisions of local regulatory authority
(1) The designated local regulatory authority may (at its absolute discretion)
conduct an internal review of a decision made by the designated local
regulatory authority (or its delegate) if the designated local regulatory
authority considers it appropriate to do so.
(2) On the review, the
designated local regulatory authority is to consider whether the decision was
dealt with appropriately and whether the decision was based on reasonable
grounds.
(3) On the review, the designated local regulatory authority may
confirm the original decision, make a new decision, or refer the matter back
to the original decision-maker.
