Power to make orders includes power to make recommendations
320 Power to make orders includes power to make recommendations
(1) A power to make an order directing action in relation to a matter under
this Chapter includes a power to make an order recommending the taking of
action (or refraining from the taking of action) in relation to the matter so
far as the matter concerns another jurisdiction.
(2) A recommendation under
this section may be made in any manner that the Supreme Court, the designated
local regulatory authority or the designated tribunal considers appropriate,
and (to avoid doubt) may be made to a person or body having powers or other
functions under a law of another jurisdiction.
