Obligations not affected by nature of business structures
33 Obligations not affected by nature of business structures
(1) An Australian legal practitioner must comply with this Law, the Uniform
Rules and his or her other professional obligations, regardless of the
business structure in which or in connection with which the practitioner
provides legal services.
(2) A law practice must comply with this Law, the
Uniform Rules and its other professional obligations, regardless of the
business structure in which or in connection with which the law practice
provides legal services.
