Conditions on appointment of external intervener
356 Conditions on appointment of external intervener
(1) An appointment of an external intervener is subject to-- (a) any
conditions imposed by the appropriate authority; and
(b) any conditions
imposed by or under the Uniform Rules for the purposes of this section.
(2)
The appropriate authority may impose conditions-- (a) when the appointment is
made; or
(b) during the term of the appointment.
(3) The
appropriate authority may revoke or vary conditions imposed under subsection
(2).
(4) The
"appropriate authority" is-- (a) the designated local regulatory authority in
the case of a supervisor of trust accounts or a manager; or
(b) the
designated tribunal in the case of a receiver.
